A range of products designed to enhance your camping experience even further. That's where the Vango tent additions come in. But sometimes we want that bit of extra room, protection from the wind or shade from the sun. Just open the three valves and the Capri 400 drops to the ground in a matter of seconds – no faffing with cumbersome poles here.Vango tents are designed to provide the optimum ratio of space, comfort and pack size for each pursuit and user that they have been created for. Quick tip: If the wind does get up close the ventilation flap below the side window, this will stop the draught howling through. The Capri 400 stood up well to the rigours of the wet and windy Cornish weather and was nice and stable for a largish tent. This gives you a decent amount of space to shelter in the rain or to get some shade from the sun as well as somewhere to store muddy boots and various other bits and pieces that you wouldn’t necessarily want to, or need to put inside the tent. One of the best features of the Capri 400, especially when you consider the UK climate, is the front built-in canopy. If you want to go away for longer than a weekend and you have the money we’d recommend investing in the side awning. Again good height, plenty of windows and a choice of two openings – front and side. The living space is adequate for two adults and a child. Vango say they’ve built a ‘lights out’ dark fabric into the bedroom spaces but you’ll still need your eye mask if you don’t want to be woken up with the dawn chorus, it is a tent after all. Head height in the bedrooms is good, there are two separate entrances and decent ventilation. More realistically the Capri 400 makes a comfortable tent for two adults and one child. The bedroom areas would take four small people on four narrow beds - you would have to like each other a lot though. Inside you get two inner bedrooms and a compact living space. The four main tent pegs are a bit weak, the tops bent easily when hammered so it’s worth investing in some spares to ensure you’re not caught short on your next outing. We really do feel that this is the way forward for larger, family sized tents which can otherwise take an age to erect. Pitching the tent by pumping up the airbeams is quick and easy and takes about 10 minutes once you’ve worked out where the valves are and how to work the pump. Under what conditions were Pokémon tested?Įvery Pokémon was tested and ranked under these additional conditions: The player is assumed to not be using evolutions that did not exist in Generation 1 (such as Crobat and Blissey), as the game prevents such evolutions before earning the National Pokédex. Because the quest is not mandatory and forces you to complete it in its entirety upon starting, going there is considered a time sink and Pokémon caught in this area may be penalized in ranking. The player is allowed to visit the Sevii Islands to catch Pokémon there and to use the move relearner. At later points of the game, however, the player is able to afford more TMs, so requiring TMs at those points is not generally considered a negative. However, an average run will most likely facilitate the funds for only one TM upon the player's first arrival, so a Pokémon may be penalized if it immediately needs a TM to function. The player is allowed to buy TMs from the Game Corner. Seeker can be used to earn money to buy particularly expensive Pokémon from the Game Corner as soon as possible, but this will be counted as a negative for the Pokémon in question. Keep in mind that items have opportunity costs associated with them a Pokémon's rank can suffer if it requires a multitude of items. The player is allowed to use items such as Potions, TMs, and Berries. The player is not allowed to trade for outside help, and is only allowed to trade for evolution purposes. Movepool: A Pokémon's movepool (level-up, TM/HM, and tutor) is crucial. In general, a Pokémon with lower Speed will be ranked lower. Does the Pokémon have a stat distribution that complements its movepool and typing? If a Pokémon has a stat distribution that favors both its typing and movepool, it will often be higher on the tier list. VTOS reflects a spectrum of disease secondary to anatomical narrowing in the costoclavicular triangle, which may result in thrombosis of the subclavian-axillary veins causing acute symptoms such as pain and upper extremity swelling. First described by Sir James Paget in 1875 and later correctly attributed to venous thrombosis by Von Schroetter in 1884 ( 2, 3), the term Paget-Schroetter’s Syndrome (PSS) was introduced about 70 years later by Hughes in 1949 in a report describing a large series of patients with this condition ( 4). Venous thoracic outlet syndrome (vTOS) or extrinsic subclavian vein compression is one of the well-defined diagnoses for this condition. Upper extremity central venous thrombosis is an increasingly common condition secondary to a wide variety of differential diagnosis ( 1, 2). CDT combined with medical anticoagulation and surgical decompression are the components of most treatment algorithms for the management of patients suffering from PSS. Catheter-directed therapies (CDT) have also a pivotal role as the initial treatment to resolve the acute thrombosis and establish venous patency. Like any other condition involving the thrombosis of deep venous system, initial step in the management is anticoagulation. Following diagnosis, multiple algorithms exist for the management of PSS and almost all require a multidisciplinary approach. Several noninvasive imaging techniques are currently available to confirm the initial diagnosis including Doppler ultrasound, contrast-enhanced computed tomography, and magnetic resonance imaging. Early diagnosis and aggressive early intervention aimed at complete resolution of acute symptoms and minimizing the risk of recurrence is ultimately important and increases the likelihood of the full restoration of limb function. PSS or effort thrombosis mostly affects young otherwise healthy active individuals, and this further highlights the importance of this condition. Paget-Schroetter’s Syndrome (PSS) or effort thrombosis is a subtype of vTOS where compression and microtrauma to subclavian vein from repetitive arm movements results in venous thrombosis. Venous thoracic outlet syndrome (vTOS) is a spectrum of disease caused by external compression of the subclavian vein as it passes through the costoclavicular space. |
